First Signal Games LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on firstsignalgames.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form or sign up for launch notifications, we collect the email address (and, for the contact form, the name and message) you provide. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs IP address, browser type, and request metadata for security and analytics purposes.

How we use it

We use your email solely to (a) respond to your inquiry or (b) notify you about the launch of products you signed up for. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties except (i) our email delivery processor Resend, (ii) our hosting and analytics provider Cloudflare, and (iii) when required by law.

Retention

We retain contact-form submissions for 24 months and wishlist signups until the user unsubscribes or 36 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California users have rights under the CCPA. We will honor verified requests within 30 days.

Children

Our site and games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Parents may contact [email protected].

Cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. We do not set tracking cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new effective date here and, for material changes, email subscribers.
